I really love music that is mixed by DJ’s and I’m wondering how they are getting these new songs just released on vinyl records?
Once music has been mixed & mastered, it can be released any way the artist / producer wants. Vinyl, CD, singles…

Where can I find the value of old vinyl record I have without purchasing a book. I’m looking for a website where I can type in the album, and they give me a money value. Thank you for any help you can give.
i gave mine away so i dont blame you for selling them there are loads of markets stalls that will buy them off you so take them along see what they offer you and you then know they are worth more cos they never give you the going rate, also ask in your local library can they order you a book they are free to use!
what’s the best place to buy rock vinyl records in NYC?
Author: admin // Category: buy vinyl recordslookin for hendrix, doors, joplin all that good stuff
Virgin Records Megastore in downtown Manhattan. I don’t live in NY I am in MA but I have visited there several times. The place is amazing — I’m talking about spending hours there. If you are looking for a vinyl record, CD, dvd, of any kind you most likely will find it there. Definitely worth the trip!
Relient K – Mmhmm (Double Green Vinyl)
MxPx – Slowly Going the Way of the Buffalo (Vinyl)
I’ve been to every record store in my area, I’ve checked eBay, Amazon, Discogs, and pretty much every other music store I could find. If someone could give me a link to one for sale it would be greatly appreciated.
Have you tried f.y.e.?
I wanna play my dad’s old vinyl records but i don’t know what i need to buy!?
Author: admin // Category: old vinyl recordsRight, so I really want to be able to play my dads old records but i need a record player. Anyways, i don’t know what I need. I know I need to get a turntable, and speakers and then i guess something like an amp or receiver? Can somebody explain this to me cuz i’m kind of a newb when it comes to this. Also, where can i get this stuff? I don’t have a lot of money and i like the sound of buying these things at a thrift store…but i dunno..what do u guys recommend? thanks!
Would you hate me if I said I have one right here on my desk that’s part of an all in one unit I got back in the 80’s that I use to feed my computer sound through?
Most record players that you’re going to find are stand alone – you won’t need an amp. For the ones that are stand alone they almost always have RCA plugs on them – which means that you can still easily hook them up to most modern amps and receivers.
Just find one and go from there is the best bet. Ask around, someone you know has one sitting in the basement or attic unused and waiting for a little love. I’d try the uncles and aunts first, perhaps grandparents if they aren’t too old. Just keep asking around, someone will have one.
Can still find them at yard sales as well.
You know, I bet if you asked the local churches if they knew of one you could have for free or a small price that you’d have one inside of 2 weeks. Either the church has one sitting around or someone in the church does.
